1 kg plums
1 kg tart apples (granny smith)
300-500 gr caster sugar
Peel and grate apples. Add into a pot together with the plums. Add sugar adjusting sugar to you preference. Cook over medium-low heat and simmer until the fruit release their juices and most of the liquid evaporates. This may take up to 2 hours. Pass through a sieve and place in a glass jar to cool. Enjoy!
